For most of my life, I have lived a long way from town, so when health problems arise, running to the doctor isn’t always an option. I’ve learned to take care of myself and my animals with what’s at hand, from birthing to cuts to runny noses. I’ve also learned that supporting our natural healing abilities goes a long way towards keeping problems from happening in the first place.

Things got a lot easier in the prevention department in 1996 when I learned of Dynamite Speciality Products. Dynamite produces natural health products for humans and animals alike, and the integrity with which the products are made enables me to trust them entirely.

In 2006, a string was started on one of the Fell Pony email lists about feeding Fells. The young lady who started the string seemed particularly anxious about feeding her new Fell Pony properly. Her relatively high level of anxiety made me feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon a very simple solution. That solution is pasture/grass hay plus Dynamite Specialty Products.

Now I have five years of experience with Fells on Dynamite and pasture/grass hay, and I know it is working. Recent visitors have remarked that my Fells are in the best condition of any they’ve seen, despite the harsh climate here. And I believe the Dynamite regimen is helping me go beyond good genetics to produce the best foals I possibly can.
